We’ve spent combined decades in leadership roles across fundraising, strategy, and community organizing. We’ve written grants, built program budgets, trained teams, but looking back we all wished we had spent more time on work that felt aligned with our values.

That we had more equilibria (plural of equilibrium).

So we thought: why not just do that?
